From the Handset
Dial 6666 - you will need your PIN number which is on your Welcome Email
From the Windows App
Click the envelope icon on the bottom bar or dial 6666
To record a new greeting
Click on the envelope at the bottom of the App and then the folder with a note icon
Then go though the options bellow
or call 6666 and record them though the phone
